Crazy small USB flash drive: The EagleTec USB Nano

By Shawn Farner | Wednesday, April 22, 2009

EagleTec-USB-NanoI hate the current crop of USB flash drives.  They stick out of your laptop, literally, like a sore thumb.  I’ve had some problems in the past with flash drives, mainly the USB connector breaking after heavy use.  I also don’t like the idea of a flash drive possibly doing damage to my USB slot.  Finally, it seems as though a product has come along to set an example for the rest, at least in terms of design.

The EagleTec USB Nano comes in 4GB ($22) and 8GB ($33) flavors, but the main feature of this drive is its ridiculously small size.  This means that your flash drive won’t be hanging way out of your USB slot, begging to be broken when your laptop falls off your desk or some other disaster strikes.  You can purchase the USB Nano here.
