It isn’t often that we get to write about awesome customer service, but here’s an exception. Ross Miller from Engadget wrote that, apparently, T-Mobile has been offering support to iPhone users on its network.
A problem surfaced when T-Mobile upgraded their voicemail system – iPhone users were receiving a lot of blank text messages as a result. For those who experienced issues, T-Mobile offered a one month service credit. Even though the phone isn’t even a supported device on T-Mobile’s network, the company still believes it owes support to its subscribers. A rep stated that, even though T-Mobile does not provide the iPhone, “they are committed to supporting users on their network who have them.”
Nice work, T-Mobile.
