If you’re looking for a relatively inexpensive smartphone and you’re an AT&T customer (or thinking of switching), hold that thought for another five days or so.  That’s when Samsung will unleash the Jack, the $99 Windows Mobile smartphone  and successor to the popular BlackJack.
