Two Android phones coming to Canada in June 0
According to a report from CNET News, Canadians will finally have a chance to pick up an Android-powered smartphone next month.
Canadian carrier Rogers Wireless plans to bring two phones on board, both from HTC – the HTC Dream (which currently sells as the T-Mobile G1 in the US) and the new HTC Magic (pictured to the left). The Rogers web site claims a launch date of June 2 but,unfortunately, offers no word on pricing.

Perk up, Android fans – there’s a chance that, soon, you could have a choice in what Android-powered phone you carry around. Earlier today, Samsung announced the i7500, a new smartphone running Google’s Android mobile OS.
According to Deutche Telekom, its U.S.-based wireless company, T-Mobile, has now sold one million G1 smartphones. The G1 (also known as the HTC Dream) is powered by Google’s mobile operating system, Android, and debuted on the T-Mobile service six months ago.
